While not practicing Yoga, use of more than 4 km of walking trails, Meditation Hill & Circle of Trees

Use of Zen Garden and Labyrinth

The Daily Schedule

Friday

Day 1:

4:00 pm: Check in 

5:00 pm: Meet and Greet

6:00 pm: Ayurvedic Dinner

7:00 pm: Group Hip opening Yoga class 

8:00 pm: Cacao & Fire Ceremony with aromatherapy

10:00 pm: Bed Time

Saturday

Day 2:

7:00 am: Morning Yoga

8:30 am: Breakfast

9:30 am: Forest Walk

10:30 am: Free Time

12:00 pm: Lunch

1:30 pm: Free time - Swimming, reading, journaling, relax in the hammock, walk the labyrinth, explore the trails 

6:00 pm: Dinner

8:00 pm: restorative yoga (sound bowl healing with Carmon)

8:30 pm:Healing Circle - Salt Bowl Ceremony  - group SIT session & meditation

Sunday

Day 3:

7:00 am: Morning Yoga

8:30 am  Breakfast

10:30 am: Pack up

12:00 am: Lunch 

1:00 pm:  Closing 

2:00 pm: Departure
